Call my job and saying that they were State @ Federal that they were going to put out a warrants for me saying that I owed them money of $1510 they wanted $377.50 today and the rest of it by Friday call my lawyer to informed them about it .
This is a scam. They will want to send money via a Money Gram. Filed a complaint with the attorney general and recommend you do too if you get a phone call. The attorney general states it on their website that debt collectors will not requests payment via wire-transferred funds and refuses to provide information regarding the supposed debt.
I got a call from a guy by the name of Lee Jones saying i have to be in court on 6/10/2016 at 9am in Polk County to pay them $2,240 for a payday loan that was taken out 10/21/2011 if i did not pay i would go to jail. I ask them who did i take this loan out with and he told me Cash advanced. I ask him to send me paper work on this and he told me that he could not do that. Something need to be done about these people
