Received another call from this number about 4 hours ago. Who / What ever this is did not leave any message.

It is a collection agent...asking for someone whose name is similar to mine.  They fishing, casting a wider net to get someone who have slipped away.

I keep getting these annoying phone calls too!  Several times a day every day of the week!!  What gives?  STOP CALLING!
