Automated call from the "Dealer Processing Department" calling about my car's warranty. It's a 10 year old car and hasn't been under warranty in years, so I don't think so! I received the exact same call from 858-842-9007 today also.
Sadly these scammers don't care about no call list. There are companies who must abide to it. But these are just criminals so they obviously won't be deterred by a no call listing.
I just received a call from this number with the same specifics. the call was directed from Hickman, KY and stated my warranty expired and legal action was about to be taken, as this was my final notice. i asked for a representative who could provide no solid infromation, but had basic information about me. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!
These bums just called me too. No message, I didn't pick up, but I get these warranty calls all the time. Even though I lease and would rather jump out of my office's 4th floor window than give these hucksters any of my money.
