These calls are getting easier with VOIP services like skype, majic jack, vonage and others it just makes it to easy for these scammers. I could take my majicjack to Afghanistan and still call from my home number, all you need is a broadband modem to plug into.
Called and automated voice said they had sent me info about an extended car warranty. Seems like the scam where they are trying to get you to say the word YES. Then they disconnect.
By the way, the whole "Yes" thing is an urban myth. Never happened, and, if you really think about it hard, you can figure out why it is just silly. Even some news organizations were spreading this silly rumor!
