Who called from 2811892472

This number has called me 4 times in the past week. I answered today only to
Hear an automated voice say "goodbye" and hang up. So Frustrating.

This number continues to call me and says nothing when I answer, and when I call it back it says it is not in service.

This is strictly a nuisance caller.
