So not true! just because a debtor (your wife), hide behind her husband and probably answering machines as well and he try to cover up the fact she took out a loan and didnt pay IT BACK, by makin misleading accusations!! To have funds put into an acct that she provided along with her ssn no# , e-mail address, e-signature, WORK NO#, to get funds deposited into her checking acct. Then out of nowhere the acct is closed. who is fake? where in america can you take out a loan and dont have to pay it back.  Please Dont have any Children
P.S. Mr lee could not call the work no# if she didnt provide it on her LOAN application...but then she would have gotten the loan..Mr lee dont get discouraged.

Hey you smoke-blowing fraud! If you have legitimate title to a debt you WILL mail out that notice of validation! As per federal law under the FDCPA. You don't mail that notice (NOT e-mail or fax.)....you're scammer. It's just as simple as that!
We here at this site know EXACTLY how you bogus blowhards obtain your information. You're full of information. What you DON'T have is a valid claim to any debt. Which is why you won't EVER provide a valid physical address or mail out anything. You lowlifes DON'T want to be found & you sure as hell don't want to leave yourself open to a mail fraud charge. You see dirt-bag, we know your type here. We deal with you weasels everyday. You disgust us, but we dearly love to expose you anyway.
Get a real job fraud-boy! And then....
Skeff Ett Liv!

Hello, Janice & J.T., and whatever other names you might think of.

Your statements are incomplete.
FDCPA - the FEDS - require lenders to prove "clients" owe them money.
It is not optional.
It is a requirement.
The validation must be via snailmail, not email or text.
It is not optional.
It is a requirement.

Every collector must send you a written “validation notice” telling you how much money you owe within five days after they first contact you. This notice also must include the name of the creditor to whom you owe the money, and how to proceed if you don’t think you owe the money.   ["Written" means snailmailed ... not emailed or texted]

So, post all the disinformation you wish, but the facts remain unchanged.  Intelligent folks can access the above link, and verify them for themselves.

Oh ... in addition, "300% interest" is usury ... and is illegal in all states.
