Scam call saying they were with Microsoft Window and that they were calling about my computer.  I told him where to stick it and hung up.  Do not under any circumstance give these people control of your computer!!!  Do not give them any personal information!!!  It is a scam to rip you off.  The guy called me by my name...not sure how they get the names and numbers that they call but it is a scam, period.  Here is the link to Microsoft giving everyone a warning about these calls:
