Thank you BigA.  I realized that after the fact.  Sorry.  I called the Texas AG office Consumer Protection and she asked me to file a complaint which I did, along with one to the state of Kentucky

No problem, and make sure you file with the CFPB also, they are getting really aggressive at going after these outfits.

just called again--"non-compliance" turning you over to county attorney  for disposition.
have turned the number over to my attorney

they've called about 3 or 4 times.  I listened to the 1st message and ever since I've been deleting them. they don't verify who they are and say you owe money.  Prove it!  send it to me in writing.
