Keep getting calls from 1st: Jamacians and now Indian (India) with the same threatening script: "This is a warningessage for ____________. You or your attorney at hand must return this call immediately........" THIS IS A STUPID PAYDAY LOAN SCAM!!! I am sooo sick and tired of receiving these phone calls...Can someone please tell me how to report these vicious swindlers and get them arrested for fraud and extortion?!! I applied ONLY online for a payday loan last Christmas but NEVER took out a loan!! Since Feb of this year I have been receiving these harrassing phone calls........They are hateful, threatening, abusive and LIARS. Any info as to how I may report these people would be greatly appreciated.
I received numerous of calls got scammed for $1400 because I was threaten with being arrested for pay day loan claiming they was going to charge with fraud

same here for 6 months this re-re was calling me saying i never payed back a loan that suprise i never got, i was ignoring him for a while until today he tried telling me i was getting arrested tommorow at work (lol) i dont work tommorow, anyways i called the cops, officer came over i called guy back acting like i was gonna request more information, then handed phone to the cop who had him going for about 2 minutes then said well this is officer so and so and the guy hung up. so yeah just call the cops it worked for me
