Yep - whoever they are they need to be contacted and stopped.  Same story as above.  However, I noticed their caller ID is different.  Now it is T.H.P.A.  for whatever that means?  I'll *57 them next time and file a complaint to the cops if they continue.

Same story as Tom... Caller ID is THPA. I answered, said hello, and waited for a response... nothing.
