Who called from 2812409646

This was a survey for my local energy provider and I was very happy to answer their questions and express my satisfaction with it.

Creative Consumer Surveys just called on behalf of usaa. I'm a little annoyed they called at 8pm. I said "not interested" and hung up.

My guess is that your USAA insured vehicle was recently in an accident.  

The claim got processed and became a matter of public record from which they retrieved your name and insurance info.

Just called today for the umpteenth time. I never answer since I recognize the number from their many previous attempts to reach me (unsuccessfully). I just don't answer callers from numbers I don't recognize. If they don't leave VM, screw 'em!
Here's the funny part: I have Humana health insurance and it was this survey company calling on their behalf. I found out from a letter Humana sent me saying, "We've been trying to get in touch with you to complete this survey....." Then they gave the 281-240-9646 number.
Oh well, they'll learn people don't like to be called and no VM left to give a clue as to the reason for the call.

Cell showed they dialed 3 times within a minute. They left a message saying they were conducting a survey for Austin Energy. If the utility company wants to do a survey, they should notify customers to expect a call from this strange number. No way am I calling them back and going through their voicemail system, and I have blocked the number.
