Called without leaving message. Calling back gives fast busy, then changes to a different busy tone, then hangs up the line.
Likely the same Energy Conservation robospammer group out of the same location, i.e. Location: Texas (Baytown, Houston, Missouri City)
Just received a call from this number. I answered because it was a local area code but the caller immediately hung up. I did not attempt to call the number back. I'll more than likely be blocking this number.
