Hill White and Associates claimed they were going to have a warrant for my arrest on some payday loan that I didn't even do. They had an old checking account from California, which I haven't lived in a long time. I paid $675 and just wanted my receipts and couldn't get anyone on the phone. You have 120 days to dispute any transaction at your bank. Ill be going there tomorrow to get this fixed. They also use Merchant Debt Collection as one of there names.
yeah, they got me to for 766.25 back in 11/2013. They told me it was for a loan I'd taken out with "my cash now" payday lender. I told them I didn't recall dealing with MyCashNow in the past and was told they had me on camera going to the bank collecting the money they had deposited. I said how do you know what/whose money I was withdrawing. I was stupid to pay it but I did because I know sometime when you get a payday loan, another name will show up on the contract so I'm wondering now if this was legit. I did however receive an exoneration letter from Hill, White & [***]., signed by Barbara Sullivan, lead litigation specialist. Also, you may want to check out this website
