man with high accent called stating i owed on a payday loan from us cash advance and they emailed me and had my ssn & were sueing me and i need a lawyer within 72 hours and the pulaski county sherriff would be coming to my door. I have never heard of us cash advance and told them to email the documentations & he said they couldn't. HUM Wouldn't give me any information but going to sue me! Very Upsetting and I would like to take them to court!
They're scammers calling from outside the US. Report the call to the FTC, the FBI and your state's Attorney General.
Next time the yahoos call back tell them the FBI is tracing all calls they make to you. You can also call your local police dept, but they won't be able to do anything other than reassure you that the callers are scammers.
i was getting calls like this back to back (various different scams). i started answering a few (3 or 4 a day) in Russian or German and stopped getting the calls after 3 days. try something similar and it may work.
I found it funny how when I started asking the questions, Mike Smith ( Funny name for the [***] I was talking to ) started cursing me out. He started with A-F curse words...... funny that's the ONLY words I understood. When I first asked him his name the [***] said my name is Osama Bin Laden . I WISH my SEAL Friend could track this guy down & give THIS Bin Laden the famous SEAL DOUBLE TAP shots & sent him to the FANTASY WORLD OF ALLAH !!!!!!!!!!!! Now I called another Law Firm ( Bin Laden told me the name of their company was Houston Law Firm ). When I spoke to the lady that answered the phone she told me this was the 15th time they have received calls about THESE SAME [***] People. She suggested to call my local PD & FBI to file reports. When I spoke to the FBI Agent, he said the BEST THING TO DO was DO NOT give them any of your info. He also said that these ASSCLOWNS are using Magic Jack numbers through the computer & are ALL overseas so NOTHING could be done to them. GIVE NONE OF YOUR INFO & TELL THEM YOU HAVE NOTIFIED THE FBI AND THE FTC !!!!!! I did this about 2 hours ago & SURPRISE SURPRISE the repetitive phone calls have stopped . Good luck to everyone & I hope this helps y'all relax some. DO NOT let them scare you into giving them ANY PERSONAL INFO !!!!!!!!!!
