Someone called me on June 16 and told me that I would have to be there at 12:00 for a delivery. And she gave me a case number for Lee county court. I called the court house they said they don't know what she was talking about. This is crazy!!!!!
Well obviously this guy is going to be real busy tomorrow because he will be meetup my husband as well. It's a scare tactic to get you to pay a collection. They're idiots. No constable contacts you or family members by phone before serving papers. Just have your family tell them you're out of the country or have them give a phony address for a little fun. Maybe the jail or courthouse LOL.
I got the call from the same guy today as well... seems odd
I actually did a debt recovery service thing where they took all my debt and paid things off... now I have people wanting the remaining monies that would have been due had they not worked out the settlement amount... but yeah, Im getting someone saying they need to be here at 3 to drop paperwork off... least thats what he told the receptionist... his name is Mark Edwards and the number he called from is 281.377.5921 BUT the number he gave as a call back was 716.504.6807 which is actually in Buffalo, NY.
This guy contacted me yesterday, he left a voice mail saying that I was to make myself available between 12-3 to sign legal documents. He said I had to have 2 forms of ID and all that. He said he was a Courier with the Pinal County court. And the call back number he gave me was a collection agency, they had no idea who he was. I have no idea who he is either. I'm scared. And I don't know what to do.
I just now received the call from that same guy saying that he was suppose to be serving me with some papers for Galveston County and I asked what it was about and he told me to call (855) 580-6008 to see what it was about. Of course that was a collection agency saying I have a judgment against me from a loan company that I didn't pay. The person I spoke with was young and very unprofessional and I stated that I never had an unpaid loan and my lawyer will look into it. So this guy is calling many different people lying about who he is to get people to pay them money -----SCAM written all over it! I'm going to report the #
