They called my job one time (not sure how they got the number) and asked the receptionist what was there procedure on issuing a subpoena to employees. I took the call and acted as if I was the supervisor and told them "I don't know what the issue is with you and this person but they no longer are employed here and for future reference this place of employment does not tolerate personal business with employees such as subpoenas being issued that is not company related. Please take care of that type of business away from our premises and on the employees personal time." They never called back.
Just received a call saying that they have a package for me but need to see a photo id. They think it maybe information in reference to my divorce...funny my divorce was finalized in 2003; so that didn't work. I told them to bring the papers and we will go from there.
I just received a call from that same number he said if I had an ID with me because he needed to serve me with paperwork for a divorce. I have been divorced for 18 years now. He said I had to call this 1-855-726-9641 to get all the info i needed. I told him one is not required to have an ID to get served and that I work part time for an Attorney and that I had him in on speaker. He said you will need an ID for me and hung up. I have called him back to the number he called me from 23 times and he keeps hanging up on me. I got the exact same call almost a year ago saying the same crap. this is so annoying
same call ... how funny, this person whom i dont know wants to go to my home or place of business.. ok buddy... i will be waiting for you with my id...lol
