Yes, I got the same message that I won a cruise too.  What a scam.  411 reverse search showed that it's a cell phone from an apartment address in Houston TX.  As if some cruise ship company is giving away free cruises using a cell phone from someone's apartment.

presumably a telemarketer. I think the CRTC recently allowed cell phone companies to sell their lists. that sucks (technical term).
