Yes, I got the same message that I won a cruise too. What a scam. 411 reverse search showed that it's a cell phone from an apartment address in Houston TX. As if some cruise ship company is giving away free cruises using a cell phone from someone's apartment.
I actually just tried calling back this number. I received this message. "The person you are trying to contact, has a voice mail system that has not been set up yet".
I'm in Vancouver, BC and recieved two calls on my cell around 10:08 am pst today (june 11, 2013) from 011 281 382 6532. I am on Telus. Did not answer. I phoned back and got no response.
