Got a call today from this local (Sugar Land, TX) phone number. It was a recording with pauses in the message to make you think for a while you were talking to a real person. Said he was from the county courthouse and I had unpaid traffic tickets, and could pay them right now over the phone. OBVIOUSLY A SCAM. Since it is local, I had hoped to find info online but have found nothing so far!
