Caller ID indicates out of area, yet 281 is a local call for the Houston area. No message left. Third day in a row that the call has come in at about 6 or 6:30 pm. I will block it like so many calls I have been receiving in the last 6 months. Yes, I have all my numbers on the No Call list, but that doesn't seem to deter blind calling.
