Listed a ring on CraigsList. Was contacted by this person, we negotiated a price. I then got emails saying that the money had been deposited into my PayPal account. I checked my account and there was no money. I contacted PayPal and they said there is no deposit pending. I forwarded the emails on to PayPal and they confirmed they were fraudulent. He tries to rush everything by offering you a good price and it must be mailed out same day. I have reported him to the FCC and the IC3.
