Only answered because it was a local number. Said she was from National Energy (ext 205) and I could save money on my bills. I told her I wasn't interested and she was very rude and would not give me her name, and then she asked what was the highest electric bill month this year so far. I asked her if she was in Katy, TX as her number stated and she stumbled out "yes", to which I replied that she should then know the highest electric bill months. She started to ramble on, told her I was at work and to please give me the web address so that I could look it up, she said she could only talk about it. I told her I am on do not call list to which she hung up. No respect. Do not answer this one!
