Who called from 2816440375

Very rude when I told them they'd need to call the home owner if they were reaching out to home owners. So very rude.

I received a call from a person that was challenged with English asking about electricity,  I told him I was not interested and hung.  They called back today

Extremely rude. I answered and a man named Charlie jumped into his pitch about energy without a breath or a "how are you". When he was done I told him I was not a homeowner and he very rudely yelled "You're not? Well spit that out in the beginning so we don't have to go through all this" and hung up.
