First call today. No message left. If (as mentioned above) they contract with Memorial Hermann Hospital. I requested a hardship writeoff with MH hospital for their $7000 bill for on night of observation (no surgeries or other services). MH only called to continue collection. Never did answer my letter and their completed form. Now they aparently turned it ove to FMA.
I have been receiving automated messages from this number for MONTHS! Even when I answer, I still get an automated message and none of the options give me the opportunity to talk to a PERSON in order to explain that I am not the person for whom they look. I know this because the automated "robo-caller" tells me the name of the person with whom it wants to speak. I just want the harassment to stop and for this company to find the right person.
