I got a call today from an unknown number. They told me that I have call Federal Agent David Marshall at 281-677-5042.
I called that number and they told me there are 4 charges against me for IRS fraud and investment fraud. There is a warrant against me and I will be arrested. I can be in prison for 7 days before a hearing and penalty would be $53000. He had a lot of information about me.
He then told the line is monitored and I can settle this before its given the police from the state department. I need to pay $4K to close it - pay $2K now and then rest within 24hr.
I called my accountant and they told its a scam. I also called my local police department about it and they also confirmed that there are no charges against me.
I got similar call from 281-677-5042 stating that there are claims against me and if I do not talk to some officer named Jack, there will be legal actions. I immediately called local Police, local FBI office, local FCC office per FBI's recommendation. The voice seemed foreign to me and looked like it was from India. Please, be aware of this number. Do not give any personal information. Rascals have no other business but steal money from hard working and retired innocent people.
This guy do called officer "Jack Dates", been calling my house and cell all day today. Sounds like Indian accent!! tried to call him back and it was busy!! I told him to F&%@ off.....
