I have been getting calls from this number on and off for months. I'll get two or three, then nothing for a few months, then two or three again. I'm in Korea and this is a broadband line and  I'm usually at work when the calls come so I don't answer. No messages are ever left.

I'm just curious who this is and if anyone else is having this problem. Google searches have so far been fruitless.
