Who called from 2812470678

Got a call from this number.  Answered the call and they hung-up or disconnected.  Caller ID was was just "Out of area".

Got several calls from 281 247 0678 with no answer in the background and when I try to callbsck it constantly busy

Our business gets a call from this number several times a day for the past week. It gets very old and annoying.

Don't know who this is as I do not answer the phone on calls out of my area. I am going to block them from calling

My office has been receiving a minimum of 2 calls per day from this telephone number.  They never leave a message, when you attempt to call them back you get a busy signal.  The area code appears to be from the Houston, Texas and surrounding area. Very disruptive to the office operation.
