I've been getting calls from everyday for the past week or so. I called the number back and got the same message about it being Bank of America Insurance Services. I entered my number to be placed on their "do not call" list. Let's see if it works.
THis is a continuation of yesterday. Yesterday I returned teh call to get an automated message saying they were Bank of America Insurance Services and from time to time they like to offer services that may be of interest. If we did not want any more calls from them, to input our phone number, which I did.
They called back today but this time it was a female voice on teh phone asking for a man who we do not know. I asked who was calling and again, they asked for someone by name. I asked if this was Bank of America and she said yes. I said I have no idea who that person is, we have never had any business with BoA, that yesterday I requested our phone number to be removed from their calling list, yet they call again today. That I made a complaint with teh FCC yesterday since we are on the DNC list, and have been for over 30 days, and again to not call back. Additionally, I returned the call again, and manually imputed the phone number in for removal again.
Two days in a row, and two FCC complaints filed against this caller.
I've decided if they call back tomorrow, they are getting the following message: "I have told you twice to not call here and remove me from your calling list. Just so you remember to mark it in your system, listen closely".. and then I'm blowing an airhorn in their ear..... I hate telemarketers who think they are outside of the law.

According to Bank of America, the number is their marketing department.
I requested to be removed from their calls, and they said they would, effective immediately, We will see.
I did explain to them, that the callers, if you were able to talk to them, is very rude and unprofessionel.
