Received several hang ups over several days and then finally a person came on the line inquiring about my credit card debt and offering to lower my interest rates. I didn't wait for anything more and hung up.
They called and didn't leave a message. I returned their call. I had to dial a "1" before the phone number. Their message said that they're a business called : Financial Strategies. It was a sales call. (sounds like some sort of debt consolidation company?) They had an extension where you could leave a message to be taken off of their call list. But you had to leave a voice message and leave your phone # twice..I just hung up.
