These people seem to have my information and are calling me to settle a loan from 4 years ago, which I never received. They threatened me with court for $300, they refuse to send me any information in the mail. Ultimately, this lady, Megan, became very nasty, told me I wasn't complying, told me "we will see you in court", and hang up on me.
I have tried to look them up online, nothing comes back with this phone number, she didn't tell me which company she works for, and when I called back there is no name for this company either, just a message saying I will be transferred to a representative. It sounds very fishy, which company, even if you are a debt collector does not publish their phone number?

Big scam...I got a a call from the same number saying I was facing charges and warrants. Bunch of bs...tell them off and tell them you know it's a scam.
I got the same phone call to my grandmothers house. They told my mom that I was facing charges for a 300 dollr loan in 2011 even though I hadnt banked with the bank they said since 2009!! "Meghan" had a nasty attitude. I didn't my own research and realized it was a scam after calling the bank and sheriffs dept.
These people keep calling saying that I'm facing legal actions for a debt I owe that they will send me a court date for my trial. I know its a scam but they messing with the wrong. I told them to do what ever they want because I don't owe them a dam thing. They think they putting fear into my heart. To everyone out there who is receiving these calls ignore them. They have nothing better to do.
