Recently I borrowed money through payday loans but in the process of applying online my information got into the wrong hands, I am getting threatening calls fron a couple of guys always the guy leaves messages like he is a law officer and that I am being sued for payday loan delinquent accounts. That he has my SS number he always leaves the last 4 of my SS number and the Home address in the messages. First time he wanted me to fax a copy of my credit card I did not send any info and I planned on closing my bank account .
I started ignoring the calls. I am not sure if it is right or wrong. Please respond if you have any information regarding these callers.
