That is an urban legend that callers to your number can automatically charge to your phone account.

Received at least 4 or 5 calls from this number. tried answering once and no one there. Most unsolicited calls I have received lately are insurance, since I am turning 65 next month. Never new there were so many companies that have my cell phone number.
I received a call from this number. Caller did not leave a message. I returned call and received recorded message Advice & Life Group. If you know your extension....I didn't know who or what it was about so I just hung up.
Calls and hangs up without message. I am also turning 65 this year. Did not register that the recent increase in unwanted calls received was due to approaching birthday until Jeffco (bellow) made the connection.
Also got a call from "TEXAS" . . . . guy asked for my husband who turns 65 this year and indicated it was in relation to Medicare. Blocked number as we do not need this guy calling us.
