Didn't leave a message so I called back. Annoying [***] recorded message "Thank you for calling back. If you do not want to receive further calls about our special offers, blah, blah, blah." Do not respond to whatever prompt she's telling you will get you off their call list...this will just get you ten times more robocalls, as now the number is known to be valid. And it doesn't matter one bit if you are on the government DNC list. These scammers don't know or care if you are; you're just a mark.
Got this number recorded on our caller ID. We never take incoming calls on this line since 100% of them are spammers. Anyone we care about has our cells. Unfortunately with packaging it was cheaper getting a landline with internet and tv than just getting internet and tv. I think that spammers are paying Time Warner to get people to keep landlines.
