Received call a few moments ago. Caller ID read "Cell Phone TX". I called number and received "cannot accept calls at this time" rercording. Rx: recommend place on Don't call list -- check with your phone provider if nrcessary, and if further action needed, contact Texas Attorney General.
calls, never leave a message then when you call back it prompts you to leave your number again so your number can be taken out of the data base....but the mail box is always full ... and you cant leave a number.
Once I called the number and it mentioned it is a T-Mobile service.
