I received several calls today from this number, it is showing up as Tx, USA on caller ID. When I tried to call back - automated message saying "to be removed, please leave message after the tone" and the mailbox is full :(

I do not ans calls that are not programmed in my phone....so that means I do not know these people. Again....what good is a no call list?????
