Multiple attempts to return a call to an outbound dialer will not get you a person. There is no disengage necessary, it just simply doesn't work that way. If you want to call the company go to their website where the 1-800 number is listed. Lastly, when you are hostile to a person and you "threaten" them with tracing a call, do you expect them to not hang up? I suggest calling them, being civil, and asking them to remove your name.
