They've been leaving me the same message about my tax return. Then a new lady called this week talking about important legal documents will be delivered to me so make sure I'm home between noon and 5
Got a call left message with his name Rick Powers claiming that he was from NARS collection agency and that I had until Friday to call back not even saying this message was for my name he threatened me with my ss # which I never give out to anyone on a phone/cell!! FRAUD number blocked my bills are paid no outstanding ones at all.
This "Rick Powers" personaalso calls from 866-777-2928, see 800notes , latest entry. by Jessica. Same load of threatening nonsense. Ignore and block the calls.

If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion. Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved. Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.
You'll probably have to yell at them and talk over them.
You have to get tuff with these people because, being akin to thugs, brute force is (metaphorically speaking), the only thing they understand.
