Who called from 2819094022

I got a call from this number the lady on the other end was very testy and threatening saying that they will put a judgement against me and call my husband and tell him what kind of person I'm married too and that will be one way to get payment this person is very unprofessional and need to file a complaint against this company need more info on this company so I can file a report of harassment to the BBB

Lady saying she is with a private courier with sealed documents and I need to make myself available between 12 and 5 tomorrow.  Doesn't say where to be or who they are looking for.  Had this same message a week ago and Noone showed.....

They called me and played a recored message stated that "I have to appear to court so & so...".  So I called back and talked to a guy named Eric I think.  He identified himself as Mediator from Northeastern Mediator from Seabrook, TX.  He kept mention that he needs to talk to "Tho Tran" he kept saying he's my brother....I asked him to verify the ss# last 4 & he kept saying whom this guy....I told him he got the wrong person pls don't call me back!

Eric west called me today giving me until close of business today to mediate but did not say what
I called back had to hang up @ 2 min waiting was long enough
Got a a return voicemail  stating that my ss# is involved in court action in franklin sin you hung up you must not want to make a voluntary restatution. A woman named emily vargas stated she would keep file open for 24 hours.
I called back nasty nasty woman ...
Told me my age and that she was recording and that I should pay my bills
Then hung up on me

This company has called me from at least  6 different numbers

I have received 9 calls from this criminal group since May 4, as follows:

The caller from this number identified herself as Lindsey Shaffer, a private courier. She says she has sealed documents requiring my signature and that I need to make myself available tomorrow between 12 and 5. If I have questions, or if I want to put in a stop order, I am to contact the filing party at 888-742-8597. No one showed up after any of her calls. I received a total of 4 calls from her. Other phone numbers/caller ID's used by her: 888-742-8597/8887428597 and 614-980-0375/Columbus, OH.

Another caller from this group identifies himself as Rick Powers with NARG. I also received 4 calls from him. He claims that documents have been filed with his office in a pre-legal matter associated with my name and social security number. He says that I need to contact his office and provide my attorney's name and provide a financial statement by next Friday. Legal action is threatened if I don't comply. The last 2 calls from him were even more threatening. Phone numbers/Caller IDs used by this scumbag were: 281-909-4022/Seabrook, TX; 718-690-3386/Austin, TX (718 is actually the area code for Brooklyn, NY); 916-674-5292/Sloughhouse, CA; and 205-543-5210/Warrior, AL.

There was 1 call from a Bree Sanders at phone number 614-980-0375. Caller ID showed Columbus, OH. She said I have been deemed to be non-compliant in a claim, resulting in my file being flagged and turned over to their recovery department. They need an immediate response today and I am to call the 614 number. If you cross reference all of the phone numbers, you will see that some numbers are common among all of the callers, a sure sign that the calls are all bogus.

None of the callers address you by your name. It is a sure sign that the calls are random. I did not speak to any of these people. I let my answering machine answer anytime I don't recognize the caller ID. I suggest anyone seeing this do the same. I took this information to the Schaumburg, Illinois police department, and they have verified that all of the phone numbers are scammer phone numbers. Because of the threatening nature of some of the calls, they have opened case #16-12086 in order to look in to this matter.
