Got a call from this number and asked for eddy johnson (i have never heard the name) then she said no I am the one she is trying to get ahold of. She says she is calling about my Infinity G35 (I do not have one) and that i need to purchase the extended warrenty. I argues for a couple minutes before laughing and then hung up. Its a scam to get your Vehicle info. DO NOT ANSWER.
This call came yesterday and again today. The main thing is that they want me to purchase insurance to pay for my car, for repairs. They always specifically state the year, make & model of my car. I use to get mail messages to complete the application form, but basically to call their toll free number. I threw the mail in the garbage.
When the lady called today, told her i wasn't interested as I did yesterday & hung up the phone. The other call I keep getting is to lower your interest payment on your credit cards. I keep tell the jerks who call that I DON'T HAVE ANY CREDIT CARDS!!
Yesterday I called my local phone company, explained about the credit card situation & to have their calls blocked from my phone.
As stated by the prior people, these jerks really don't give a hoot & holler, so I just say Good-by & hang up my landline phone.
They are calling once a day!!! I do not take their calls, but after reading the posts here I called it back and it had a message stating "to be removed from our list press any key". It did NOT sound very convincing but i tried it any way.
This was from a mexican guy stating he was from a car registry type things asking for my mileage on my Honda. Probably selling fake extended warrantees. Told him I sold the car, he hung up.
