I received a call fromthe same number.  I did not answer, but called the number back (from a landline, they called my cell).  No one answered.

Same experience as CJ. Recording offering lower credit ratings. Pressed one to speak to a representative. Politely asked to be removed from the calling list and the operator hung up.

I've been receiving calls from this number & it's a call from Card Member Services and they want to see if I want to lower my interest rates. (This is all pre-recorded) press one to talk to someone to lower your interest rates. I didn't do anything and soon it disconnected on it's own. So annoying!
