Am in Toronto. Call today from 301 - as per call display. Was curious so answered. When I picked it up, a few seconds of dead air and then a recorded female voice said Good Bye, and the call disconnected.
I would also like to add that we will NEVER, EVER know who does this. The FCC in the USA has no way of knowing! And for the person who wants this website to send him an email to his name at Gmail address, when "they" do find out who it is, I wish you all the luck in the world getting through life because you seem like the type who sets yourself up for this kind of thing!
