Who called from 3011

Number came up as +3011 a female voice could be heard. Couldn't make out what was being said and she hung up

Got a call from this number . +3011 GREECE.. no voicemail left !! anyone know anything ?

I get a call almost everyday from a 3011 number, the messages are in Spanish and when I try to call back it seems it wouldn't work.

Wanted to speak with the owner of the computer in my house.  "What time will she be back?" he asked.  "This is very important." he said. I know this scam.  They want the serial number from your computer, to steal information.  I hung up.  My area code is 403.  It amazes me that my call display had only shown 4 digits. 3011.
