Who called from 3011

this number and 301-2 call me constantly. I had to block them and then a different four digit number started calling me. it's ridiculous.

Received a call from 3011. it was the scam of go to your computer and we will help you get rid of your virus.......shame on them. I hung and you should too.

I just got a call from +3011. I did not get the message. Aftr few seconds call hanged up. I am from India. And i got call @ midnight , lical area time 1.00 am

Did anybody die after getting the call?
