Received two calls today, two minutes apart, from this number.  They left a recorded message stating that "This call is officially a final notice from IRS Internal Revenue Service.  The reason of this call is to inform you that IRS is filing lawsuit against you.  To get more information about this case file, please call immediately on our department number 719-216-6386. Thank you."  Of course these was no case number left and when I checked the 719 number, it appears to be a number that calls people repeatedly and someone mentioned the IRS.  Go figure.
