My caller ID said sales department but I didn't say hello when I answered the phone. Within a minute it hung up on its own. Usually when it does that it is coming from an automated calling loop. Probably some sales pitch from some company.
I just got a phone call from this number 5 mins ago. ID said Sales Dept. So I answered. Something about updating my warrenty. I have been getthing this call every day now for the past 2-3 days, but from different numbers. The other one I got was from: 909-691-9149. Told the guy to take me off his calling list and hung up. It's really pissing me off.
the person at this number responded that they were from "my" credit card company, visa-mastercard, and could reduce my rates to 6.8%. when I asked why they were calling me, they simply hung up.

Same story from "Antonio" about needed to update my warranty and recall information in their database. Then they put you on hold while they "pull up your record". I hung up at that point.
Got a call from this number just a few minutes ago. Same thing as many of you....Someone says his name is Antonio and needs to put me on hold to bring up my records for extending my warranty and to see if I have done all the recall stuff properly....pushed 2 to take me off the list and also reported it to the DO NOT CALL site...Not that it will do any good though since it was a scammer.
