Who called from 3012230028

Just received a call from this number. Automated voice said the call was to "reduce my rates". Reduce my rates on ...what??? I hung up. If they don't have the info. already, I'm certainly not going to provide it for them. How unintelligent do "these people" think we are??? I'm so sick of these calls - warranties, insurance, rates, etc. And, although it is much easier to hang up, it's rather insulting to answer the phone just to hear a recording!

Call was made to my cell phone(1:27MST 5/11/09).
No hello or name of person trying to contact.

Person(non automated):
"This call is from the warranty reactivation center, Hold on one moment while I pull up your information?"

Me: ........End call

called today monday 05/11/2009 in the morning.
this number has been harassing and stalking at me for over a year now though i have always choose the option to have my number deleted.
whay else can i do?
please help
