called # back, got hung up on first time second asked if they had any records and refused to verifie address said their was nothing more to talk about then hung up
Automated messaged called a few minutes ago. They have repeatedly called for several months sometimes asking for my 12-year-old, sometimes for me. Message said go to www.registerednotice.com which took me to a webpage that says the account belongs to my 12-year-old but on the next page it lists me as the debor. At the top of the page is an address and phone number you can call during business hours:

The website belongs to http://www.CCSusa.com and represents CCS, a collection agency for medical debts of the following nature:
Banking
Consumer
Commercial
Cable/Satellite Television
Education
Financial Services
Healthcare
Utilities
On their website pages promoting their services to businesses, they claim they try to collect while maintaining the goodwill of the creditor's original consumers(which would be you if you've had one of these calls) so it might be a good idea to write a letter to CCS with a copy to whoever they're collecting for, and ask them to cease and desist calling you at unreasonable hours. If you're not sure who they're collecting for, go to the registerednotice.com website and put in the file number and the next page will tell you the amount of the debt and who the creditor is.

I also have been plagued with the 1-301-223-0033 phone calls. Also, for months like yourself, the automated voice asked for me. Now, whomeveer is calling asking for my 10 year old daughter.
This has to be illegal debt collection practice!!!!! Bordering on the possible side of identity theft for debt collection!! Thanks for your story :)
They have called my phone non stop for weeks! I had 23 messages on my voice mail when I came back from a weekend break!!!!!!!!!!If at this point it is some bad bill that I dont know about I wouldn't pay it. I dont answer unknown calls but if it is a real debt then they should send me a bill...........
These people have called and insist on talking to my husband. I am the one that makes out the bills and have for over 40 years. If they can't talk to me then they don't get anything. Besides, I have been paying the bill at $25.00 a whack. These people want the entire bill from the start.
The call is an automated call which gives no real information other than that it is an collection agency. Looking for the person they request. and give our webpage address www.registerednotice.com and what they speak of an an account number. If a collection agency wants to speak to me they should call and speak to me personally as I have filed Chapter 13 bankroupsy and I will be forwarding this number to my Attorney, should I recieve any more.
