called # back, got hung up on first time second asked if they had any records and refused to verifie address said their was nothing more to talk about then hung up
I have been getting at least 2-5 calls from this # for weeks now. I get the message of "This call is for ***** if this is not you please hang up." Blah blah blah. Does not work still keep calling. But I do not answer unknown calls so I will not call the # back either. I refuse to get roped into stupid things. Leave me a real message if you want to speak to me.
I too keep getting calls from this # and they keep levaing me a long file # if there is a certifed letter they can send it to the post office and I will gop and pick it up there. It could be anyone or anything. PLEASE!!!
These people are relentless. I've had several calls from 301-223-0033 over the last few days. Finally, I got on their website (www.certifiednotice.com) and found it's a collection for a medical bill. I'm not exactly sure how this works, however, your medical information can not be given to anyone with out your consent- that nifty little document you sign when you go to the doctor, or hospital... the hippa one... it protects you! I'm not exactly sure how to use Hippa against the collection agency, but I would start by requesting as much information as possible. Asking them for proof that it was you who had whatever tests done, blood work, test results, doctors information... ANYTHING. Then tell them that you're going to contact a lawyer because it is illegal for them to have that information. Good luck!
