I do not know who this party is calling me. They call just after 8AM and don't stop until around 9 or 9:30PM. I have caller ID and do not answer "unknown caller" or 800 numbers. This goes on 7 days a week and I can't get them to stop.
This company keeps calling, attempting to reach one of the previous owner's of this house. I keep trying to explain that while, yes she used to live at this address, she moved out way before we moved in, and we got this phone number AFTER we moved in.
This number belongs to Assett Acceptance. They will call you daily several times even up till 9 PM. Never answer the phone or say anything as they record calls and caller ID. They then will call back ask for you then ask for the person they are really looking for. Happens to be a friend who stayed here once for a week and used my phone to call them on a personal matter. They will not take "NO" for an answer as to he doesn't live here. Also they act like the last collector Rep didn't leave any notes when I've blown up previously on them for calling so late. Looking to call an attorney to put a stop to this crazy mess. They will not give me their location to write a letter. Welcome to the scumbag world of dept collectors USA.
Phone number 301-223-0059 belongs to a company named ASSET ACCEPTANCE (aka the most INSANE, RUDE, ANNOYING, LYING, THIEVING, SCUMBAG DEBT COLLECTORS in the US today).
Asset Acceptance Corp. is ALMOST as bad as ANNE REGENT & ASSOCIATES of Texas (alleged ATTORNEYS at law, aka criminals in 2000 dollar suits)! However, I think REGENT & ASSOCIATES; NCO FINANCIAL and LVNV FUNDING are actually some of the WORST 'COLLECTION AGENCIES' ever!
These SOB's will lie, steal, cheat, harass, swear, curse, CALL YOUR NEIGHBORS, CALL YOU AT WORK, CALL PEOPLE WITH THE SAME LAST NAME AS YOU TELLING THEM THEY MUST FIND YOU, FILE LAWSUITS AGAINST YOU & LIE TO COURTS, ...and/or whatever else it may take to get you to pay them your hard-earned $$ - even WHEN YOU DO NOT owe them a nickel!
