I called back and it was a telemarketing company calling on behalf of Comcast.  The recording gave you an option to hear more about the offers or to opt out, so I opted out.

These people call every day at different times. I pick up and say "hello"....nothing. No one.
I am going to call the Comcast 800 number and raise hell. Like that will do any good.

This Number keeps calling and the minute i say hello they hang up sometimes more then once a day and its annoying.
